Exhibitor portal is now generally available
Exhibitors can manage booth staff, upload materials, and collect leads from a single workspace, without going through the organiser.
The exhibitor portal moves out of preview today and is available to every organiser running an exhibition or sponsored floor.
Until now, exhibitor logistics ran through the organiser: booth staff lists arrived by mail, materials by file share, and lead data went back the same way. The portal gives each exhibitor a workspace of their own.
What exhibitors can do
- Assign and reassign booth staff passes against their allocation
- Upload materials and logos against the deadlines the organiser sets
- Scan and export leads during the event, and download them afterwards
- See their own booth details, entitlements, and outstanding tasks
Organisers keep control of allocations, deadlines, and what each exhibitor tier can access. The portal is enabled per event from the exhibitor settings.
